Introduction

Welcome to the home page for Rollin Carris's Usability Testing Website. For this project, I conducted a usability test on the website kbb.com in order to identify areas of the website that could be improved in terms of usability and user experience.

Use the navigation menu to access the different sections of the website, which include the results of our heuristic evaluation, the two personas I developed, my test plan, moderator script, and user videos. I also provide a summary of my findings and specific recommendations for improving the interface. To finish I have also included a self-reflection section.
